Collection/ Pick up Service
Please make your order in advance, via phone, email or website. Payments are preferred to be made beforehand; however, we will have an EFTPOS machine on site that will be sanitized regularly for those who wish to pay on pick up. When waiting to collect your order, please make sure to stay at least 2m apart from other waiting customers.
Sales Representative Face to Face Interaction
If you would like to see one of our sales representatives at the office, please make an appointment via phone or email. Due to the social distancing rule, only 1 customer will be allowed to enter the premise at one time. To adhere to the contact tracing guidance, customers who make an appointment will be asked to leave their contact details.We strongly encourage you to email/online chat/call us if you have any questions - we will be available to help from 8:30am – 5:30pm.
